Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create a warmpath account we store your email address, full name, company info, and your LinkedIn account credentials (encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM). We also store the contacts, signals, and message activity generated by your agents.

If you submit product feedback, we also collect the description, current page, a screenshot, masked recent session replay, technical logs, browser context, and any photos you choose to attach. These private diagnostics can only be opened by Warmpath platform administrators. They are deleted 90 days after a request is marked Fixed or Refused, while the request and its status history remain.

How we use your data

We use this data exclusively to operate the warmpath service for you: detecting buying signals on LinkedIn, scoring leads against your ICP, and dispatching outreach actions on your behalf. We don't sell your data, share it with third parties for their marketing, or use it to train AI models for other customers.

Subprocessors

We rely on the following subprocessors to deliver the service:

• Vercel, application hosting and optional private file storage
• Supabase, PostgreSQL database and private feedback storage
• Clerk, authentication
• Stripe, billing
• Inngest, scheduled jobs
• Anthropic, message generation
• Resend, transactional email

Your rights

You can export or delete all your data at any time from your account settings. Reach out to privacy@warmpath.ai for any data request.
